Team pilot, Shelley Caraway, is a lifelong balloon enthusiast. She saw her first hot air balloon as a teenager and set her sights on learning to fly. A chance encounter with a local pilot started the ball rolling and as they say...the rest is history!   As a commercial pilot, Shelley has flown balloons ranging from 56,000 cubic feet to 112,000 cubic feet in size.
 
Crew Chief, Jerry, handles ground operations for the team locally and on the road.  Jerry's love of flying extends to airplanes.  He is a private pilot and also flies fixed wing aircraft.

Assistant Crew Chief, Stossley, still has her feet firmly planted on the ground.  She is a full-time college student and travels with the team whenever possible.
